It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marilyn J. Clay of Sandusky, Ohio, who passed away on March 20, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Xavier and Della Marie Mesenburg (Riedy); her husband Gerald W. "Jerry" Clay; her son-in-law Scott Miller; and her sisters, Ruth Weyer, Dorothy Brightman, Rita Earle and Esther Fitzthum.

She is survived by: her daughters, Geralyn Lippert (Elmer) of Castalia and Cheryl Miller (Ken Blakely) of Huron; her granddaughters, Amber Lippert-Kersker (John) of Perrysburg and Ashley Kwiatkowski (Randall) of Lakewood; her stepgrandchildren, Brian Miller (Kristi), David Miller (Nikki) and Andrea Miller; her great grandchildren, Addison and Ella Kersker; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Madeline, Brianna and Landon; and also, Anna Smith, Karen Hoffer, Dawn Martin, Anitra Coleman, Shammora Brown, Katie Smith, Christy, Diane Shaffer and Darlene Broker. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

The family suggests that memorial contributions may be made in her memory to St. Mary's Catholic Church, 429 Central Avenue, Sandusky, OH 44870.
