She was predeceased by: her daughter Maria Cook; and her sister Anna Cook. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Amanda Novak (Ted) and Jeremiah R. Cook; her great grandchildren, Jeremy K. Cook, Jacob Gosser, Theodore "Teddy" Novak V and Ethan Novak; and her nephews, Robert and Daniel Cook. She is also survived by several great-great nieces, nephews.
