She was predeceased by: her husband Nelson H. Opper; her parents, William F. Mesner and Hedwig "Hadie" M. Mesner (Good); and her siblings, Lawrence E. Mesner, Frances M. Smith (Delmer), Beatrice L. Beier (Edward), Paul W. Mesner and John A. Mesner (Peg).
She is survived by: her children, David N. Opper (Nancy) of Norwalk, Linda S. Hartman (Ronald) of Bellevue and Larry P. Opper (Katherine C.) of Norwalk; and her grandchildren, Jessica Brand (Mike), Joshua Opper, Matthew Opper, Sarah Gross (Scott), Eric Hartman, Bryan Hartman (Cassandra), Elizabeth Wilson (Gene), Jennie Fraizer (Chris), Christopher Opper (Lindsey) and Karen Rhoad (Jacob).
