He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrol "Dick" and Georgann G. Church (Smith). He is survived by: his daughter Kylee Church; and his siblings, Carrie Pocock (Dale), Darrolyn "Dee" Krippel (Jim) and Clair "Dan" Church (Joann). He is also survived by three grandchildren.
