She is survived by: her sons, David Chupa of Sandusky and Dennis Chupa (Kristen) of Avon, OH; her grandchildren, Megan, Dillon, Jeffrey (Beth), Derrick and Brendan; her great grandchildren, Riley, Rian, Lucas, Cole and Ethan; and her sister-in-law Janice Chupa of Lorain, OH. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
