She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Smith and Lenora Smith (Lucas); her husband Wendell R. Evans; her son Wendell Evans Jr; and her brother William "Jack" Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Vicky Lyons (Terry), Tammy Penfield of Sandusky, Terry Evans (late Carol) of Attica, Timothy Evans (Julie) of Castalia and Thomas "Randy" Evans (Angie) of Attica; her siblings, Donald Smith (Lucille) of Norwalk, Mary Wiseman (late Clarence) of Norwalk, Brenda Berkey (late Samuel) of Mt. Vernon, Harrison Smith (Elizabeth) of Sandusky and Michael Smith (Shirley) of Sandusky; and her sister-in-law Pam Smith. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
