Jordan of Sandusky, Ohio, born in Waynesboro, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 4, 2024 at the age of 75. He was predeceased by: his parents, L. V., Sr. Jordan and Stella Mae Jordan; his siblings, Mae Etta Robinson and L. V. Jordan, Jr.; and his granddaughter A'tiona Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Vanessa Jordan (Brown); his children, George Brown (Natalie), Lawrence Jordan, Jr. (Ashley), Jason Hicks, Melonne Pope (Robert), Lois Brown and A'Maia Bonds; his sisters, Ola Moore, Dorothy Harris and Carolyn Nickelson (Welston); his aunt Vietta Smith; his nephew Mario Tye; and his friend Lemon Jones.
