She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrtle Croxton and Oley Hamilton; and her son Eric Ackerman Jr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Susie Churchill, Patty Scavio (Jim), Lacy Hamilton, Robert Hamilton (Julie) and Joy Patton; and her children, Becky Truitt (Tom), Eddie Ackerman and Joe Ackerman (Brooke). She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren.
