She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Mularoni and Mary Mularoni (Riccardi); her husband Nicholas Anthony "Nick" Vassalo, Sr.; her son Nicholas A. Vassalo, Jr.; and her brother Angelo Mularoni.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marcia Oglesbay (Dale) of Columbia, MO and Lisa Irwin (Craig) of Lancaster, SC; her grandchildren, Peter Vassalo (Beth), Kerry Daniels (Todd), Annemarie Forrest (Luke), Jason Oglesbay (Elaine) and Natalie Irwin; her daughter-in-law Vicki Vassalo of Troy; her sister Mary Louise Harding of Tiffin; and her sister-in-law Judy Mularoni of Huron. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made in her memory to Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 510 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky, OH 44870.
