She was predeceased by: her father Dwayne Spain. She is survived by: her mother Bonnie Woltman (Woltmon); and her granddaughter Keirsten Ellis (Dustin) of Sandusky, OH. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; along with other relatives.
