She is survived by: her husband Jack P Smith, Sr.; her sons, Jack, Jr. Smith (Rebecca) of Sandusky, Jeff Smith (Elayne) of Sandusky, Jay Smith of Sandusky and Jerry Smith (Valerie) of Sandusky; her grandchildren, Jason, Jeremy, Jessica, Tycen, Morgan, Allyson, Skyler, Alex, Carter, Lilly, Sam, Kyle, Joey, Tony and Leah; her great grandchildren, Maleah, Jeremy, Aiden, Isabella, Abraham, Lydia, Maddie and Ava; her sister Rita Ambriati; her uncle Paul Hennessy; and her close friends, Janie Bellamy and Judy McMahon.
