She is survived by: her sons, F. James Johnson (Nancy) of Mayfield Village, OH and Daniel Thomas Johnson of Huron, OH; her grandsons, Easton, Corey, Alex and Brandon; her great grandchildren, Claire, Winter and Sophie; and her siblings, Norma Chambers, Cathy Fay and Michael Burlovich (Janice).
