It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce L. (Dodd) Borden of Sandusky, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on September 7, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Lee and Virginia Mae Dodd (Lillibridge); her husband Joel G. Borden; her son Joel Borden; her grandsons, Jeffrey McKenna, Joel J. Borden Jr. and TJ Woodard; and her brother Gary Dodd.
She is survived by: her daughters, Crystal Holzaepfel (John) of Floral City, FL, Kimberly Jeffries (Leonard) of Crestwood, KY and Jody Woodard (Marty) of Bellevue. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
