He is survived by: his parents, Melissa Evans (John) of Cincinnati and Jamie Palma (Reetta Smith) of Cincinnati; his siblings, Brittney Taylor (Mike), Brianna Prochnow, Bethany Prochnow, Jamie Palma, Jr. and Jordyn Palma; his grandparents, Myrna Ward (Dale), Larry Prochnow, Donna Ellington and Raymond Couch; and his uncles, Tracie Himmelein, Paul Prochnow, Nicole Prochnow, Raymond Palma and William Davis. He is also survived by many cousins, family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Joshua's name to his family, in care of the funeral home.
