She is survived by: her husband Robert Shafer; her children, Robert Shafer Jr. (Mindy), Kathleen Shafer, Amanda Shafer and Shawn Shafer; and her siblings, Vernon Mitchell (Karen), Cindy Duncan (Jim), Patricia Wood, Sara Berry (Ron), Leslie Massingill, Claudia Berry Fantozzi (Pete), Billy Mitchell and Anna Wood (Jason). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
