He is survived by: his wife Karen Sias Theisen; his sons, John (Becky), Donald (Denise) and William (Anita); and his grandchildren, Heather of Claire, DJ, Owen, William Jr., Wyatt, Weslee and Walker. He is also survived by his family and friends.
