He was predeceased by: his father John Haywood Goins, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Julie Goins; his mother Debra Goins of North Ridgeville, OH; his children, Kaylie R. Goins of Wakeman, Peyton M Goins and Trace N Goins of Sandusky; his granddaughter Dakota Lynn; and his sisters, Kris Goins of Olmsted Falls, OH and Kelly Taylor (Jamie) of North Ridgeville, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
