He is survived by: his children, Debbie Wade (Glen), Cindy Clark, Teresa Vladiff, Tami Rapp (Wade), Johnnie Clark (Sharon) and Michael Clark; his granddaughter Amanda Clark; his great grandchild Noah; his grandchildren, Michael Wade (Amanda), Kevin Wade (Nicole O'Dell), Stephanie Hall (Mark), Eric Kirk, Jeremy Kirk (Anna Risner), Steven Vladiff (Michelle), Alisha McGlashan, Levi Vladiff, Kaleigh Maynard (Cody), Brandi McLemore (Joseph) and Ali Clark (Bryan Hudson); his great grandchildren, Danielle, Brayden, Jayson, Xavior, Kadance, Macie, Kyrsten, Hannah, Alex, Silas, Nora, John, Everett, Kaleb, Mallory, Lexie and Brooke; and his siblings, Donna Barkhurst (John) of Oak Hill, OH, Carolyn Dempsey of Oak Hill, OH and Tom Clark of Waverly, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
