He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred "Millie" Jean Mlinarik; his siblings, Richard Mlinarik, Susan Jurczynski, Ruth King, Millie Gilles, Marie Galusha and Judith Mlinarik; and his parents, John Mlinarik and Susanna Mlinarik.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Glorioso (Joseph) of Huron, Lawrence Mlinarik (Susan) of North Carolina and Daniel Mlinarik (Sherry) of Kentucky. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
