He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Maguire and Rita Maguire (Sullivan); his former wife Phyllis D. Maguire; and his stepson Doug Roth. He is survived by: his wife Susan Maguire (Zorn) of Sandusky; his son Matthew Roth (Becky) of Sandusky; his grandson Jed Roth; and his daughter-in-law Cecelia Roth.
