She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Kirk and Mayme Kirk (Kirby); her husband Clyde "Bud" Hosey; and her siblings, Donal, Marthabelle (Earnest Stiffler), Anna Mary (Wayne Rawlins) and Marjorie (Charles Lauer).
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Kay Henrichsen (Marc); and her grandchildren, Jacob Eric Henrichsen of Sandusky and Erica Kay Henrichsen of Garfield Heights. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and relatives.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Joanne's name to Stein Hospice, 1200 Sycamore Line, Sandusky; Zion Lutheran Church, 503 Columbus Ave., Sandusky; or Back to the Wild, 4504 Bardshar Rd., Castalia.
