He was predeceased by: his parents, Malte Karl-Heinz and Christel Josine Wassermann (Sonnichsen); and his brothers, Rikolt, Michael and Stuart Wassermann.
He is survived by: his son Corey Ryan (Rachel) of Sandusky; his grandchildren, Jaymie and Colton; and his siblings, Roy, Eric Wassermann (Martha), Tammy Brown (Kevin) and Martina Wassermann. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
