He is survived by: his mother Anna Fantozzi (Mariotti); his sons, Jerry and Jacob Fantozzi; his sister Maria; his brother-in-law Tygh Tone; and his nieces and nephews, Morgan and Harrison Tone. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
