With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeffrey Alan Jordan of Sandusky, Ohio, who passed away on June 20, 2024 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Jordan and Lynda Iceman (Gardner). He is survived by: his wife Lisa Beth Jordan (Prochnow); his children, Ashley Jordan (Bryan Wheeler), Susie Wilson (Anthony) and Corwin Albert; his grandchildren, Carter, Camilla and Magnolia; his stepfather Steven Iceman (Sue); and his siblings, Michelle Wadding and Jim Jordan (Barb). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
