He was predeceased by: his father Jackie Ray Conley; and his grandparents, Augusta Glen, Elizabeth Conley, Paul Summers and Tincy Summers.
He is survived by: his mother Delores Summers of Sandusky; his children, Kyli Smercina of Huron and Logan Smercina of Huron; his siblings, Samantha Smercina of Sandusky and Fabian Smercina of Vermilion; his nieces and nephews, Hazel Deverna, McKenzi Smercina, Brock Smercina and Kaleb Smercina; his uncles, Steve, Bill and Chris Conley; and his aunt Tammy Conley.
