She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Starr and Isabell Saxer (Killinger); her husband Dale; her son Carl; and her sister Ladonna Kaufman.
She is survived by: her daughter Julie Koch (Richard) of Bellevue; her daughter-in-law Sandra Keimer of Berlin Heights; her grandchildren, Tracey Ball (Steve), Paul Drossman (Trisha), Brian Koch (Shirley), Karl Keimer and Hank Keimer; and her siblings, David Saxer (Thea), Patrick Starr, Diane Starr (David Campbell), Crystal Barth and Carlene Johnston (Dick). She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews.
