He was predeceased by: his parents, William Marty and Dora Marty (Smith); his children, Selina and Nash; and his sisters, Pat Fugitt and Susan Bush.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Marty (Kiser); his children, Belinda Steel of Sandusky, Colena Ruggles (George) of Sandusky, Sandy Gilliam of Tenn and Jim Marty (Heather) of Tenn; and his siblings, Cindy Smith and Paul Marty. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
