He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis James and Donna Leota Balconi (Ballard). He is survived by: his daughter Lisa LaMarca (Michael) of Monroeville; his grandchildren, Ryan James, Collin Thomas and Alexcia Nicole; and his sisters, Diane Binting (James) of Huron, Lynn LaBate (James) of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Nancy Meaker (Patrick) of New Port Richey, FL. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
