He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Gessner and Donna Gessner (Meinert). He is survived by: his children, Melissa Gessner of Sandusky, Paul Gessner (Karie) of Sandusky and Jason Gessner (Lindsay) of Sandusky; his niece Serenity Griggs of Sandusky; and his grandchildren, Mason, Benjamin and Kali. He is also survived by four sisters; four brothers; several nieces, nephews.
