It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jackie Lee Ruffin of Sandusky, Ohio, who passed away on August 12, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Major Jr. Ruffin and Queen E. Ruffin (Smith); his siblings, Mustafa Malik, Frison Ruffin and Beverly J. Williams; his grandparents, John, Rebecca Smith (Pippin), Major Sr. and Ruth Ruffin (Bratton); and his nephews, Steven, Demetrius and James Ruffin.
He is survived by: his son Seth Harp; his siblings, Major III Ruffin (Kriste), Jeffrey Rhodes, Joyce Barnes, Minni Westbrook (Eugene), Renee Ruffin and Shermaine Johnson (Larry); and his siblings-in-law, Barry S. Williams Sr., Linda S. Ruffin, Nadiyah Malik and Toledo of Ohio. He is also survived by His extended family including a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
