We are sad to announce that on March 4, 2018, at the age of 80, Jack Smith (Sandusky, Ohio), born in Marion, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Smith (Miller); his children, Thomas R. Smith of Chico, CA and Margaret E. Geary of Cincinnati, OH; and his granddaughters, Emma Geary, Elizabeth Geary and Catherine Geary.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Memorial Fund at Trinity United Methodist Church.
