She was predeceased by: her father Oscar D. Brown; her husband Ralph H. Steele; her close friend James Lang; and her brother Robert A. Brown. She is survived by: her children, Alvin Christenson and Darlene Cote; her stepdaughter Marqueta Reedy-Engle (Steve); her great grandchild Orville Arnold; and her son-in-law Steve Engle.
