She is survived by: her husband Marvin Wade of Sandusky; her children, Keith Wade (Angie) of Sandusky, Amanda Herb (Jason) of Sandusky and Rebecca Wade of Sandusky; her grandchildren, Michael, Abby, Devin, Carson, Jerret, Alayna and Ava; her great grandchild Grayson; and her siblings, Bartt Carruthers and Carrie Wade (Terry).
