She is survived by: her parent Jean Brown (Anderson); her stepfather John Gentry, Jr.; her father Jim Horner (KJ); her stepmother Michele Horner; her siblings, Emma, Jacob and Kalibur Horner; her cousins, Tammy Thompson, Megan (James), Jake (Alexis), Owen Thompson, Jed Anderson, Jessica (James), Brantley, Kennedy Kimberlin, Chris, Matthew (Cassie Jo), Gloria, Cameron, Tim (Angie), Tonya Horner and Jim Gentry (Corinne); her grandparents, Richard, Judy Horner and Aline Anderson; her godparents, Pat Vorhees, Bill Vorhees and Dr. Larry McCormack (April); and her cousin Drs. She is also survived by aunts, uncles.
