She was predeceased by: her parents, Newtie James and Helen Mae Paden (Noble); her husband Jimmy Dale Clinton; and her brothers, Eugene Paden and Jerome Paden.
She is survived by: her children, James Clinton (Joanna), Don Clinton, Morticia Flowers, Summer Brown (Cody), Lance Clinton, Helen Clinton, Lonnie Clinton and Nathan Clinton; her stepson J. DeAndre Cole (Virginia); her sister Luella Davis; her sisters-in-law, Brenda Paden, Ella Paden-Emmons, Dorothy Lofties, Billie Jean McKinley, Christine Lately, Josephine Clinton, Cathy Young and Queen Willene Arrington; her aunt Earnsteen Davis; and her cousins, Mary Ann Reed and Bessie Mae Tatum. She is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews.
