He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Sypolt and Catherine Sypolt (Hitt); his mother-in-law Freda Carson; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Probst, John Carson, Charlie Carson, Raymond Smith and Gene Beadle.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Sypolt (Carson); his daughter Chere Woolf of Milan; his grandchildren, Justin Woolf (Maria Avila), Amanda Brant (Chris) of Clyde, Megan Tewa (Eric) of Sandusky, Jessica Rose of Milan and Joseph Rose of Milan; his great grandchildren, Katelynn Brant, Landon Gussie, Joseph A. Rose and Lacey Adkins; his sister Ellen Beadle of Norwalk; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Smith of Grafton, OH and Buck Probst. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
