Gladys Bash Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gladys Bash (Sandusky, Ohio), born in Berea, Ohio, who passed away on April 21, 2020 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Bash; her grandson Rob Ferrell; her parents, Alex Zelenski and Regina Zelenski (Yanke); and her siblings, Justine Tounsley, Jean Munroe, Ange Fertig, Helen Zacharias, Joan Guarnera, Robert and Carl Zelinski.

She is survived by: her children, Janice Fredrick (Dan), Nancy Rogers (Jim) and Ken Bash (Denise); and her grandchildren, Randy, Tim Fredrick, Jodi Reineck and Tracey Newman. She is also survived by six great grandchildren, four step great grandchildren; one great-great grandchildren; and two step great-great grandchildren.

Due to the ongoing concerns regarding the coronavirus, private family services will be held on Friday, April 24, 2020, at Ransom Funeral & Cremation Service, 610 S. Washington St. Castalia.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Holy Angels Catholic Church, 428 Tiffin Ave. Sandusky, OH 44870.
