He was predeceased by: his parents, Freda Garrett and Paul Garrett. He is survived by: his brothers, Paul Garrett (Lottie) of Birmingham and George Garrett (Sharon) of New Albany, Ohio; his aunt Patricia Tripp of Dayton, Ohio; his nieces and nephews, Victor (Kathy), Jheron (Ayanna), Terra (Lamar), Eric (Kristi), Kysha (Bill) and Kelly (Dashiell); and his close friends, Joe Heyberger (Kathy) and Jennifer Washington. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, cousins loved ones, friends.
