He is survived by: his wife Dianna J. Haws (Chappell); his sons, David Owens (Melissa) of Sandusky and Dan Owens (Michele) of Grafton; his grandchildren, Danielle J. Daugherty (Matt), Justin Owens, Tyler Owens (Elora) and Jarret Owens; his great grandchildren, Olivia and Emilia; and his sisters, Mary and Chloe. He is also survived by niece and cousins.
