It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Anthony Thomson of Sandusky, Ohio, who passed away on January 6, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Georgio and Catherine Franchi (Thomson); his son Tony Thomson; and his sister Phyllis Scott. He is survived by: his daughter Sue; his former wife Shirley Cassidy of Sandusky; his children, Bev McGuire (David) of Sandusky, Susan Moore of Sandusky, Scott Thomson (Jodie) of Sandusky and Bruce Thomson (Angela) of Sylvania; and his grandchildren, Lori Harris (Chris), Alex Thomson (Sarah), Drew Moore, Abbey Campanelli (Chris), Taylor Jones (Eric), Justin and Anthony Thomson. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
