He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Patsy and Laura Marie Fantozzi (Capocci); and his mother-in-law Angelina Mariotti. He is survived by: his wife Anna M. Fantozzi (Mariotti); his children, Jeff Fantozzi (Bonnie) of Sandusky and Maria Tone (Tygh) of Huron; his grandchildren, Morgan, Harrison Tone, Jerry and Jacob Fantozzi; and his brothers, Anthony, Angelo (Olga), Gene (Kathy) and Joe Fantozzi (Diane). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made in his memory to Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 510 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky, OH 44870 or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
