He was predeceased by: his parents, Elder Ben F. and Mary Frances Fitzpatrick (Woods); and his sisters, Joyce Bradford of Durham, N. C. and Janet Cross (Johnnie). He is survived by: his children, Lori Fitzpatrick of Omaha, Neb and Eric Fitzpatrick of Houston, TX; and his brothers, Albert E. Fitzpatrick (Duiren) and Lewis Fitzpatrick (Mary).
