He was predeceased by: his parents, Newton Finley and Mary Smith (Sibert); his stepfather Thomas Smith; and his siblings, Rose Lawton, Ali Miller and Wendell Finley (James Taylor).
He is survived by: his wife Lola Marie Finley (Sibert); his children, Cheryl Finley (Ken LaMarca) of Marblehad, Cynthia Finley (Ted Garvin) of Castalia, Camelia Easton (Jim) of Fort Meyers, FL and Glen Finley (Kim); his grandchildren, Jason Dreschel, Jamie Kennedy, Tyson Pengov, Danielle Pengov, Brittany Henley, Babe Finley and Beau Finley; his great grandchildren, Macy, Jaret, Miah, Lili, Mason, Kamden, Hailey, Phoebe, Kiersen, Jayla and Max; his great great grandchild Eloise; and his siblings, Joyce Byington (Pete), Jan Mingus (Larry), Harriet Finley and Melvin Finley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
