It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Floran Joy Keel of Sandusky, Ohio, who passed away on April 6, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Floran Keel Sr.; his brother-in-law Ronald Hall; his nephew Ronald Hall Jr.; and his great-nephew Antonio Coleman. He is survived by: his close friend Mary Hall; his stepson Mathew Hall; and his sister Tracey Farias. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
