She was predeceased by: her father Grover Cazzell; her husband Bertice D. Duke Sr.; her daughter Brenda Duke; and her sister Mae Rafalka. She is survived by: her children, Pamela Speer (Thomas Sr.) of Sandusky and Bertice Duke Jr. (Brenda) of Norman, OK; her grandchildren, Thomas (Danielle), Jennifer (James), Lisa (Curt), Angie, Chris (Nikki), Jeff and Heather (Brad); and her sister Nora Colman. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren.
