She was predeceased by: her husband King David Cook; and her brothers, George Hutchinson, Jr. and Melvin Hasan. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Melissa (Tony) of Detroit, Omar Jamal, Sheila Renee (Charles), Monica, Kimberly (Frank), Tony Floyd (Gigi) and Daryl Floyd (Sandy); her brother Raheem Abdullah of Auburn; her grandchildren, Omar Marshall, Shanae Marshall, Chantil Cook, Tristin Cook, Raymone Williams, Rayshah Cook, Lakeysha Floyd, Symphony Floyd, Shantaez and Darylnesia Floyd; and her great grandchildren, Omar, Payton, DeAngelo, Karson, Jackson, Alaia, Declan, Ar'Kerria and Wil'Laysia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
