He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Swain and Laura Swain (Mauer); his daughter Michelle Painter; and his siblings, Billy, Don, Arthur, Mildred Sidoti, Loretta Jenkins and Teresa.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Swain (Artino); and his sons, Craig of Sandusky and Michael of Sandusky. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Firelands Regional Medical Center Covid Unit for the care and compassion given to the family during this difficult time.
