He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Gembka (Howard); his children, Julie Nardi of Cincinati, Edward Gembka (Sandy) of Chesterland, OH and Cynthia Jansen of Mason; his brothers, Peter David Gembka (Virginia) of Elyria and John T. Gembka of Vermilion, OH; and his grandchildren, Michael Bond (Kelli), Richard Nardi, Daniel Nardi, Sydney Gembka, Jonathan Gembka and Tucker Jansen. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other good friends.
