She was predeceased by: her parents, John Duff and Maggie May Duff; her daughter Janice Edwards; and her siblings, Jewaldyne Smith, Ruth Smith, Lovelle Owens and Donnie Duff.
She is survived by: her husband Don Lewis; her children, Gary Lewis (Carol), Dwayne Lewis (Anna) and Donna Patrick; and her siblings, Essie Nolan, Ronnie, Dennis and Ray C. Duff. She is also survived by five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
