He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. E. C. Pickard and Blanche Wolfe Pickard; and his sister Barbara Pickard. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Jacquie Graham (Roger) of Lansing Michigan and Jim Pickard (Leslie); his grandchildren, Hillary Pickard-Gacom (Andrew Gacom) of Arlington, VA, Evan Pickard (Kayla Schroyer) and Jennifer Fletcher; his great grandchild Caiden Fletcher of Lansing Michigan; his nieces and nephews, Chris Bueter (Gretchen), Tim Bueter of Maumee Ohio and Wendy Plenzler (John) of Marblehead Ohio; his great-nephew Austin Plenzler (Ty) of Centerville Ohio; and also John Pickle of Toledo.
